Inspection
How does it work?
Using GEOMAGIC Control X, we can generate a color-coded mapping of deviations between measured data (scan) and reference data (CAD model), create a 2D cross-section to show deviations graphically for 2D comparisons, and much more. Dimensions, such as length, width, diameter, etc. can be created on a 2D cross-section or 3D features.

CT Scanning
Computed Tomography, also known as CT Scanning, combines x-ray images around the object and creates cross-sectional slices.
3D Digitization
Using Geomagic Design X software, we can create history-based parametric CAD models, a simple solid using a mesh-to-surface converter, and even edit meshes.
Structured Light Scanning
Structured light scanning is a non-destructive and non-contact technology that captures the shape and size of an object
Laser Scanning
Laser scanning is a non-destructive and non-contact technology that uses trigonometric triangulation to capture a 3D shape.
